Born and raised in Hawaii, Sabrina Wibicki is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on personal injury, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, and transportation law. She has experience representing clients with mass torts, and has appeared in state and federal court for numerous complex cases, including asbestos and mold litigation. Sabrina is licensed to practice in the Nevada Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
Sabrina graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a B.S. in criminal justice, before earning her Juris Doctorate in 2006. While in law school, received the CALI award for Professional Responsibility, was recognized as an Outstanding Student in the community service program for family law, and practiced as a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice Clinic, where she represented children who had been charged in juvenile delinquency proceedings.
Sabrina’s legal career began at Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen & Sanders, one of Nevada’s largest insurance defense firms, and she accepted partnership with the firm in 2014. There, her practice focused primarily on insurance coverage issues, including bad faith, unfair claims practices, and professional liability claims against lawyers. She also represented numerous businesses and individuals in various types of civil litigation, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
Today, Sabrina is an active member of the legal community, with membership and participation in the Clark County Bar Association, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Defense Research Institute, Las Vegas Asian Chamber of Commerce, Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys, Professional Liability Underwriting Society, UNLV Alumni Association, and Vegas Young Professionals.
Sabrina’s legal expertize has been recognized by her peers in being listed as a Mountain States Superlawyers Rising Star from 2012-2017 and was named one of Nevada’s Legal Elite (top 150 lawyers in Southern Nevada) by Nevada Business Journal in 2016.
In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys traveling, reading, Cubs baseball, and spending time with her family and friends.
